Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Leander, TX is hiring a Director to own operational excellence and lead the development of Team Members across multiple sections. This role requires coaching, setting the tone, and implementing improvements to integrate into the restaurant’s culture and systems.

The Director will lead with a servant’s heart, uphold core values, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Ability to work and lead the fast-paced environment in multiple sections of the business.
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members.
• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues across the business.
• Ability to work in a Director Team to improve the whole restaurant to better service guests and increase overall business health in sales and profits.
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Have the ability to work outside for long periods of time.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required, but preferred

Responsibilities

• Owns executing operational excellence in the sections of business with which they are entrusted
• Owns the growth and development of Team Members in the sections of business they lead
• Constantly coaching Team Members on checklist, task and guest interaction standards throughout the day
• Owns the training of new hires, sets the tone for their sections of the business, and is constantly looking for opportunities for the team to improve
• Must be a friendly and encouraging leader that develops their people
