Job summary

Basecamp Research is seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager, Science to join our Boston team, embedded within the CSO’s organization. You will coordinate cross‑functional projects across Innovation Science, Genetics and Genotoxicity, aligning milestones with model release cycles and ensuring researchers stay focused on high‑impact science.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical operations, program management, or similar roles in tech-focused or biotech orgs.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-team projects and improve workflows.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with life sciences concepts such as data pipelines, ML, Genomics.
• Experience managing external vendors or partners and negotiating contracts.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving mindset with initiative.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
