Job summary

The Center for Therapeutic Genetics (CTG) is seeking an Operations Manager to connect strategy with day‑to‑day execution across Broad, JAX‑RDTC, and BCH. You will manage operations, governance, budgets, and cross‑institution workflows to advance CTG’s mission in rare genetic disease therapies.

You will coordinate with senior leaders, support alliance management, and help build scalable processes to sustain CTG’s growth as a Broad employee embedded across partner institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, alliance management, scientific operations, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master's is preferred.
• Background in science, medicine, or related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific and therapeutic translational ideas.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational and logistical support for CTG’s governance, strategy, finance, and overall operations.
• Coordinate with CTG leadership and partners to execute goals and ensure clear division of responsibilities.
• Manage CTG operations budget, resources, and reporting to sponsors and partner institutions.
• Support program milestones, timelines, budgets, and governance gates with cross-institutional teams.
• Prepare strategic documents and presentations for boards, partners, and leadership.
• Coordinate governance meetings and ensure decisions are documented and communicated to teams.
• Partner with Leads to resource and escalate governance reviews as needed.
