Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct the Maintenance Division activities, supervise craft personnel, and ensure safe, compliant work execution at the nuclear facility in Illinois. You will coordinate planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance work, mentor staff, and uphold regulatory and corporate standards while supporting outage and emergency activities.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision of maintenance craft personnel to ensure safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively.
• Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management for assigned employees.
• Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Manager and CEC management.
• Ensure effective communication of programs and policies to assigned employees.
• Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outages and refueling activities.
• Support maintenance processes, training and CAP to ensure effective practices.
• Supervise vendor inspections and repair of CEC equipment and procurement of materials.
• Contribute to management to support safe and efficient operation of the CEC and department goals.
• Perform other duties including outage support as directed.
