Responsibilities

• Office management duties and coordination of site visits
• Coordinate with Hoboken, NJ counterparts to maintain consistency
• Manage office and kitchen supplies, vendors, and clean room services
• On-boarding new employees at Tempe site and coordinating timekeeping/scheduling
• Handle shipping/receiving, track receipts and POs, liaise with vendors and finance
• Main contact between finance and manufacturing teams
