Job summary

POOLCORP is launching an entry‑level Management in Training - Operations program based in our distribution warehouse. You will receive six months of hands‑on training across Operations, Purchasing and Management, with mentoring to prepare for supervisor or manager roles nationwide.

Upon completion, graduates may pursue Operations Supervisor or Manager positions. Training is on‑site, with relocation assistance provided to support career development across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Work experience in a leadership and/or problem solving role.
• In lieu of work experience, internships, clubs, volunteer work, athletics or military leadership may be considered.
• Desire and ability to work in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program (company expense).
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands‑on training in every area of the distribution center including Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced employees to learn methods, procedures, and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors/builders, service/maintenance, and retail store customers to learn the industry.
• Participate in classroom training sessions at the EDGEucation Center.
• Present a comprehensive report to senior management on program completion.
