• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline; GPA minimum 2.5.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Observe and learn from experienced staff to master procedures and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors/business customers to understand the pool, irrigation, and landscaping distribution business.
• Participate in EDGEucation Center classroom training in Plano, TX.
