Qualifications

• Must obtain active Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance License prior to start.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva.
• Team-oriented and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate needs and manage tasks for the agent.
• Manage calendars, appointments and client meetings.

• Plan and execute marketing events from start to finish.
• Follow up with clients and prospects to nurture relationships.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports for performance tracking.
