Days/Hours: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Leads and supervises people for fabrication activities to achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping.

Bachelors or better.
Previous experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse management
Experience with high tonnage hydraulic presses, CNC Punch Presses, and Press Brakes and Plastic thermoforming machines.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts, quality measurements and OSHA requirements. Problem solving and conflict management skills
Experience with welding and finishing all types of materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong initiative, follow through and oral and written communications skills required
Familiarity with Windows-based PC software as well as AS400 ERP Systems desired
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on refrigeration products and/or other high end consumer products.
