Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated warehouse team member in Goodyear, AZ to ensure orderly product placement, accurate inventory, and safe, efficient operations. The role supports receiving, stocking, shipping, and pickup processes while coordinating with inventory control to update availability and documentation.

• Experience in warehouse or inventory environment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintains orderly arrangement of product to facilitate receiving, stocking, shipping, and pickup of merchandise.
• Maintains physical and system controls to safeguard inventory and assets.
• Planning manpower to assure coverage for absences or special needs.
• Arranges for timely receipt of product and coordination with inventory control to update availability.
• Prepares receiving and shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, receiving reports, etc.) as necessary to document product flow.
• Ensures the consistent use of safety devices and personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintains constant alert for hazardous conditions and practices.
• Participates in and facilitates 6S activities in responsible areas; drives safety ideas and improvements.
• Coordinates programs related to employee communications, placement, training and development, orientation, quality, etc.
• Promotes positive employee relations through daily, open, and direct communications.
• Ensures conformance with Company policies, practices and work rules related to attendance, performance, etc.
• Operating within budget parameters and identifying opportunities for savings.
• Providing and/or coordinating a preventative maintenance program for forklifts, dock doors, dock plates and other equipment and components of the facility.
• Various other duties as required.
