Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate truck dispatch, supervise loading/unloading, and oversee inventory control while ensuring safety compliance and efficient delivery to job sites.

You will work with the Branch Manager to optimize branch processes, manage labor and equipment, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of building materials in alignment with corporate standards.
• Manage and coordinate the dispatching of trucks to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries to job sites, optimizing routes for safe and effective transportation by properly utilizing SRS routing technology
• Supervise the loading and unloading processes, ensuring prompt and precise handling of orders for vendors and customers, while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Implement and manage comprehensive inventory control measures, including purchasing, weekly cycle counts, pricing strategies, and the evaluation of damaged or outdated stock, to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Lead and conduct safety audits and meetings to ensure full compliance with company safety standards, fostering a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of all logistics equipment, including tractors, trailers, and forklifts, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Administer and track work hours for the drivers and warehouse staff to ensure proper task allocation and adherence to labor regulations.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to support overall branch operations, including order processing, end-of-day balancing, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across all functional areas.
