The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse or supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/WMS systems. Travel up to 25% is expected.

• Support Branch Manager in implementing standards and improving operations.
• Assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, drivers, and inside sales support.

• Collaborate on strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency.
• Generate and review branch performance reports and metrics.
• Ensure safety and compliance in branch operations.
