Job summary

Heritage Tile is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment including purchasing, inventory, warehouse, MTO production, shipping and quality. You will guide the team to ensure orders ship complete, correct and on time, while maintaining safety and continuous improvement.

This role requires 5+ years in operations with supervision experience and hands-on ERP usage. Ideal candidates bring knowledge of OSHA, vendor relationships and a track record of process documentation and staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or supply chain operations, including 2+ years supervising an hourly team.
• Hands-on purchasing and inventory control in an ERP system — POs, cycle counts, physicals, reorder points.
• Experience managing LTL, parcel and freight-forwarder shipments, including international imports.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and a record of running safe facilities.
• Clear writer who documents processes and trains others to follow them.
• Comfortable on a warehouse floor; able to lift 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and inventory control — stocking orders, ERP inventory and stock levels.
• Warehouse and transportation — daily fulfillment, freight partners and returns.
• Made-to-order production — scheduling, supplies and our new MTO facility.
• Quality and continuous improvement — quality standards, corrective action and packaging.
• Safety and compliance — OSHA compliance and staff training.
• Team leadership — hiring, training and SOPs for the warehouse and production team, plus escalation support for customer service.
• Vendor management — supplier, freight and packaging partner relationships, performance and rates.
