Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience managing administrative operations, processes and programs.
• Experience with budget management, financial reporting, account reconciliation and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects and improve operational processes.
• Knowledge of scholarship administration, financial forecasting and account certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in the Engineering Undergraduate Programs Office.
• Lead design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies.
• Plan and forecast undergraduate scholarships and coordinate tutor/GA hiring and payments.
• Guide events such as Engineering Open House and Final Exercises.
• Prepare account certification for programs reporting to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education.
• Coordinate updating the Undergraduate Record and supervise office student staff.
