Responsibilities

• Support the POD Leader in managing a large, high-performing book of business.
• Cover 350-400 loads/month across dry van, reefer, and other OTR modes.
• Bid and execute on spot market opportunities with strong pricing skills.
• Serve as the main point of contact for both customer and carrier communication.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve service issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.

This individual will serve as the right-hand person to the POD Leader, managing daily customer and carrier-facing responsibilities for a large book of business. From covering loads and bidding spot freight to building strong relationships on both sides of the supply chain, the ideal candidate brings energy, adaptability, and drive.
