DH Pace Company, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Manager Trainee to develop leadership skills across operations, scheduling, dispatching, and project management for door and security products.

You will work closely with senior managers to learn how to manage labor costs and customer commitments. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least two years of personnel leadership experience, excellent communication, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of personnel management experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication and service orientation.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Will assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
