Avis Budget Group in White Plains, NY is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and optimize fleet management, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

After an eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role across daily operations and sales, with mentorship to advance toward Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company. This on-site program offers hands-on rotations through operations, logistics, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.
• Lead one or more operating teams and manage employees in a fast-paced setting.
• Complete eight-week training before transitioning to a supervisory role.
• Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.
