The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of personnel management experience, strong customer communication, and a solid grasp of technical systems. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of personnel management experience.
• Strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure the plan is executed.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve results.
• Improve performance of field staff through regular reviews and coaching.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees.
