Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Manager Trainee to lead and develop the service and installation departments. You will schedule, dispatch, and manage projects, with a focus on staffing, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers hands-on leadership experience, exposure to budgeting and performance reviews, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned, nationwide company. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of management experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation department

• Review monthly reports and develop action plans for improvement
• Improve field personnel performance through regular reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Will assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
• Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
• Review customer survey data, respond to customer concerns
• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range

$23 - $35 USD
