DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Manager Trainee to lead day-to-day service and installation operations.

You will plan schedules, manage labor costs, review workload, and help drive on-time, on-budget project outcomes while developing frontline teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of personnel management experience, along with strong communication with customers and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
• Ability to communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
• Review customer survey data and respond to concerns
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure the plan is properly executed
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve
• Improve performance of field force through regular reviews
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range

$23 - $35 USD
