Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Operations Management Manager to lead a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a regional client. You will oversee staffing, training, performance evaluations, and operational governance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to produce reports, forecast budgets, and track metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, and other business metrics. Evaluate trends to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Manage the monthly forecasting process for assigned clients or regions.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, business and professional licensing, real estate law, and state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team.
