Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of service specialists and drive client satisfaction across a regional territory. You will supervise field operations, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years in management with strong customer service experience, plus a valid driver's license and excellent communication skills. On-site work with some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior service to clients.
• Direct staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Manage basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within the territory visiting clients and partnering with the sales team on business development.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
