Job summary

r.World Reuse is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the wash hub, driver team, QA, and technicians, ensuring a steady flow of clean cups for weekly deliveries.

You will drive process improvements, manage inventory and driving/washing cycles, and coordinate with leadership to deliver high-quality results. Bilingual English/Spanish; 5+ years in operations supervision preferred; box truck experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations supervision in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.
• 3+ years operating a 26' box truck with a lift gate and a valid driver’s license.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to motivate warehouse staff and hold teams accountable.
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director to execute daily work plans and supervise Wash Technicians and Driver to ensure clean cups supply.
• Lead tasks to keep products available for weekly deliveries: sorting, washing, QA, and packing.
• Record deliveries, pickups, harvest counts, and QA data in the r.Turn system daily.
• Manage venue and hub inventory counts, review harvest reports monthly.
• Communicate new purchase orders and transfers to other hubs via Operations Slack channel.
• Represent r.Cup professionally during client interactions.
