Job summary

WASH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee install and service operations for the assigned territory. You will plan, lead, and coordinate workflow, monitor metrics, and ensure safety and quality across washers, dryers, and related equipment in the field.

The role requires strong leadership, at least five years in a service supervisory role, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license and ability to read/interpret procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of previous experience as a service supervisor is preferred.
• Must be an effective, motivational leader.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, emails, and procedural manuals with concise, correct grammar.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and oversee installation and service department workflow.
• Review & report on department metrics; schedule installation costs, production reports & lead times.
• Ensure best-in-class quality standards via site visits, inspections, and customer meetings.
• Review & update procedures to improve efficiencies and customer service.
• Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
• Lead team to maximize first-time fix rates and minimize returns.
• Coordinate ongoing training for service staff; ensure knowledge of equipment.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and identify root-cause resolutions.
• Maintain safe work practices.
