Arvato is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee our Pleasant Prairie facilities. You will drive end-to-end operations, continuously improve processes, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead multiple supervisors, manage logistics coordination, and partner across departments to meet production schedules and client expectations. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, data-driven decision making, and staff development.

Competenze

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in a multi-client environment
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and logistics
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and supervising frontline staff

Mansioni

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements
• Hire, train, evaluate and develop staff
• Coordinate warehousing and distribution to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor labor cost and KPI data; report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics
• Ensure On Time Delivery, Inventory Control, and proper shipping practices
• Lead and train warehouse staff; oversee inventory and audits
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and waste across the supply chain
