Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH is seeking an experienced operations leader to support growing facilities in Pleasant Prairie. You will oversee end-to-end operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure production schedules, shipping requirements, and cost targets are met.

You will lead a team of OPS Supervisors and coordinate warehousing, distribution, and client communications. The role emphasizes process optimization, KPI reporting, QMS support, and client-focused performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to drive cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience leading multi-client supply chain operations
• Active management of production, quality and technical support areas

Responsibilities

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers (internal and external)
• Logistics management of operations: coordinating warehousing and distribution to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor labor management and ensure accurate accounting for labor costs
• Prepare OPS data and KPI reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Support Quality Management System and corrective actions
• Oversee safety and engagement programs
• Manage client KPIs: On Time Delivery, Inventory Control, Claims, On Time shipping
• Train warehouse staff across functional areas
• Lead and guide OPS Supervisors and cross-functional teams
• Oversee inventory control metrics and audits
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and waste across the supply chain
• Collaborate with Quality Department
