Arvato is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee our Pleasant Prairie facilities. You will drive end-to-end operations, continuously improve processes, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead multiple supervisors, manage logistics coordination, and partner across departments to meet production schedules and client expectations. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, data-driven decision making, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in a multi-client environment
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and logistics
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and supervising frontline staff

Arvato is looking for an experienced operations leader to support our growing facilities in Pleasant, Prairie. In this role, you will have responsibility for the end-to-end operations. This includes driving continuous improvement in all areas of operation as well as monitoring and adjusting processes as needed to meet production schedules, due dates, priorities, shippingrequirementsand volume peaks. Your goal will be to provide the highest quality service for our customers byestablishingbest-in‑class processes while maintainingoptimalcost structures.

YOUR TASKS

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers (internal and external)
• Logistics Management of Operations: Coordinating warehousing, and distribution activities to ensuretimelydelivery of products to customers daily and supports client month/year end activities
• UKGLabor Management: Monitors and ensures all frontline supervisors are accurately accounting for labor efforts in correct cost centers and project codes
• Prepares OPS data asrequired(weekly, monthly, quarterlyKPI data)
• Supports Quality Management System and corrective actions
• Oversight for Safety and engagement asrequired
• Responsible for client KPI’s: On Time Delivery, Inventory Control, Claims, On Time shipping
• Training of warehouse associates for all functional areas
• Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of OPS Supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that goals andobjectivesare met
• Inventory Management: Oversight to ensure inventory control metrics arealignedand OPS functional processes are not creating errors for inventory control. Supports customer audits and physical inventory asrequired
• Process/Continuous Improvement:Identifiesareas for improvement within QMS processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and minimize waste throughout the supply chain
• Close collaboration with Quality Department

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated,analyticalandpossessexcellent communication skills withdemonstratedexperience driving process improvement initiatives.
• Proven leadership capabilities with ability to interact easily with individuals at all levels and functions, both within and outside theorganizationwill be critical to this role.
• 10+ years of operations experience within a multi-client supply chain and high-tech environment including developing, motivating, and leading cross functional teams
• Active management of production, quality, and technical support areas
