Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of SMART Software and EPIC.
• Expertise in Front Desk Registration and Insurance Processes.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of CLIA equipment and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of OASAS, DEA, TJC and DOH OTP regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery of clinical services across the Division of Substance Abuse.
• Manage human resources, attendance, leaves, and staff time off.
