Job summary

This role includes leadership development and cross-department collaboration to ensure reliable mobility services for campuses and workplaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in transportation or mobility operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV and DOT regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and develop SOPs.
• Ensure bus routes are operating and servicing client needs.
• Make staffing/coverage decisions and communicate with team.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.
• Support policy development and GM as needed.
