Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. This role will supervise store crews, drive store execution and customer service excellence, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

The position is full-time with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. The typical pay range is $21.90–$35.90 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management – Lead others and work effectively with store crews. Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew. Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner. Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Customer Service – Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints. Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
