CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to support store management at CVS/pharmacy, driving store execution, inventory control, and customer service excellence. You will lead a engaged team, implement policies, and partner with the Store Manager to improve operations and performance.

The role requires full-time availability, a flexible schedule (early mornings, overnights, weekends) and strong leadership. The position includes benefits and competitive pay range of $20–$34 per hour.

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
