Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in the United States. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, reporting to the Store Manager, and leading by example.

This full-time role requires managing staffing, training and development, financials, and customer service delivery. Expect a 40-hour workweek with a pay range of $18.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and manage overall store operations.
