Job summary

Texas Corporate Homes is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for Maintenance, PMs, PMAs, and Unit Turns. You will guide teams, manage work orders, communicate with owners, and ensure property readiness for guests.

The ideal candidate has strong people leadership, vendor coordination, and process improvement skills, with a focus on safety and timely execution. This hybrid role requires Dallas–area availability and field oversight as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in property management, maintenance operations, hospitality, residential services, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams and coaching for performance.
• Experience overseeing residential maintenance, vendor coordination, and property turns.
• Strong communication with property owners or clients and escalation resolution.
• Ability to balance guest needs, owner expectations, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance, Property Management, PMA, and Unit Turn teams with clear expectations.
• Oversee maintenance from request to completion, including safety concerns and guest needs.
• Coordinate owner communications, repairs updates, and budget adherence.
• Manage onboarding, training, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency.
• Monitor workloads, staffing, and vendor performance; drive process improvements.
• Provide updates to Director of Operations and ensure proper documentation.
