Real Property Management Vesta is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise the in-house maintenance team across managed residential properties. You will ensure work orders are assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to hold maintenance staff accountable for productivity, safety, and quality.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and improving the day-to-day operations of the company's in-house maintenance department across managed residential properties.

This position serves as the primary operational link between Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, residents, property owners, vendors, and company leadership. The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring maintenance work orders are properly assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The primary focus of this position is in-house maintenance productivity, work-order management, technician supervision, quality control, scheduling, materials management, and accountability.

The secondary focus of this position is as point of contact/liaison between third-party vendors and in-house property managers.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, organized, responsive, and capable of holding maintenance personnel accountable for productivity, workmanship, communication, safety, and completion of assigned work.
