Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Operations Manager in Fullerton, CA to support the property manager in executing the overall operations strategy for the assigned community.

You will supervise leasing and maintenance teams, drive occupancy and retention, and manage collections and risk under the property manager's guidance. This role emphasizes resident satisfaction, team leadership, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years property management experience required.
• 1–3 years customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the property manager in executing the operations strategy.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance teams; supervise staff.
• Ensure move-in readiness and renewal/occupancy processes.
• Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance.
• Communicate screening criteria and lease processes to applicants.
