Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management and SOP development.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of handling recruitment, training, and performance appraisals, with a focus on setting and managing expectations for staff.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a team environment, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively across all levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word & Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a strong customer service focus in an onsite setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs.
• Demonstrated agility and resilience in a fast-paced work environment, with a clear focus on accountability and results.
