Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the program portfolio. The role includes managing staff performance, forecasting, and reporting on program metrics, with responsibility for proactive quality assurance processes.

You will lead an operations team, support KPI achievement, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction. Willingness to travel >60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in energy efficiency or demand response program operations preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Operations team including analysts and coordinators.
• Support delivery of program/portfolio KPIs and forecasting.
• Oversee reporting, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Ensure QA processes and documentation are up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
