Responsibilities

• Lead Operations team including Operations Analysts and Project Coordinators.
• Forecast, track, invoice, and report program/portfolio metrics.
• Ensure documentation for contracts, SOWs, KPIs, and related items is up to date.
• Coordinate process improvements to enhance customer/client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, staffing, goals, and performance reporting.
