Amazon.com Services LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, drive safety and quality, and push productivity through data-driven decisions. You will mentor teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and guide large-scale site projects.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, a relevant degree or 2+ years with Amazon, and flexibility to work weekends/nights.

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise.
