Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking an overnight supervisor to coordinate operations in Cleveland, OH. You will lead housekeeping, front desk, and BISTRO teams, resolve guest issues, and ensure safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in hotel operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with PMS and basic accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business degree preferred.
• 2–3 years hotel operations experience, supervisory/managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PMS and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations across housekeeping, front desk, and F&B (BISTRO).
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and handling special requests.
• Conduct property walkthroughs to verify cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies following safety protocols.
• Perform nightly audits and reconcile financial transactions with the front desk.
• Communicate overnight incidents and updates to day-shift leadership.
• Support overnight staffing needs, including scheduling, training, and oversight.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages or maintenance concerns.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures consistently and professionally.
