Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Cleveland seeks an Overnight Operations Supervisor to manage housekeeping, front desk and Bistro, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and efficient handling of requests.

The role includes property walk-throughs for safety and readiness, emergency response, nightly audits, and coordinating with day-shift leadership. You will train overnight staff and manage inventory while enforcing policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hotel operations experience, with supervisory or managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
