Job summary

Revolution Technologies seeks an Operations Manager to lead multiple Supervisors across sites, driving service quality and process alignment for advisors and clients. You will coach teams, manage performance, and ensure consistent execution of standards across locations.

You’ll partner with Directors and peers to support operational strategies, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements in service levels, accuracy, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• SIE required or ability to obtain within 120 days (FINRA).
• Series 99 required, or ability to obtain within 120 days (FINRA).
• Experience with supervisory oversight and cross-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Manage day-to-day service operations and develop goals for the area.
• Develop and/ or deliver internal communications plans with senior guidance.
• Communicate actions to implement strategy and motivate the team.
• Manage and report on performance of a large, diverse team and set objectives.
• Lead with advanced, independent guidance to deliver required client services.
