Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in operations/program management or military support roles preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale DoD/USSOCOM or similar contracts is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage rosters, track personnel status, and maintain data accuracy under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day contractor coordination at assigned sites.
• Track roster status, absences, and workload handoffs against continuity standards.
• Support PMO to manage cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Lead teams to define staffing plans and manage resource requirements.
• Screen candidate experience, education, and certifications for compliance with labor categories.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Plan, analyze, and determine hiring needs based on attrition and surge.
• Maintain credentialing status, clearances, and labor hours in PMT/roster.
• Assist onboarding logistics and government integration for staff.
