Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee contractor coordination and site operations across POTFF-related activities for USSOCOM.

You will ensure staffing continuity, data visibility, and compliant labor support for multi-site human performance domains. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI-eligible background with a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in operations or program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years in operations or program management.
• Experience supporting large-scale DoW/USSOCOM contracts preferred.
• Ability to manage rosters and data systems under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day contractor coordination at assigned sites; track roster status and workload handoffs.
• Support the PMO to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Lead teams to define staffing plans and execute resource management requirements.
• Coordinate interviews of candidate personnel with hiring managers.
