Job summary

You will work with the Branch Manager to optimize operations, coach staff, manage processes, and maintain daily workflows, scheduling, and vehicle operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of operations experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Analyze performance data and optimize routes, pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Optimize core processes and improve client relationships and business opportunities.
• Foster effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
• Oversee performance management of direct staff (Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, etc.).
• May fill in during the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Oversee rental operations and daily paperwork flow.
• Communicate with sales regarding jobs, quotes, problems.
• Oversee maintenance and/or repair of company vehicles.
• Ensure safety training and protocols are followed.
