Job summary

National Trench Safety, LLC. seeks an Operations Manager in Dallas to coordinate and direct the delivery of quality service, maximize branch productivity, and ensure safety and policy compliance. Lead staff, engage with Branch Manager, and drive efficient operations to meet financial objectives.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain communication with sales, and ensure safety protocols are implemented across the branch, including during absences of the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations in manufacturing or the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Reviews and analyzes business performance and recommends decisions to address opportunities (route sales, pricing, inventory, labor costs).
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop staff and frontline personnel.
• Optimize core processes and improve client relationships and business opportunities.
• Foster effective communication across the organization and ensure daily operations run as scheduled.
• Manage performance of direct staff including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and others as applicable.
• Assist Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies; may fill in during absences.
• Oversee rental operations and daily paperwork flow; coordinate with sales on jobs, quotes, issues.
• Ensure safety training & protocols are followed at the branch; availability for customer needs.
