Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability. You will ensure coverage of all jobs, address issues promptly, and coordinate logistics to maximize revenue for the company.

The role requires coordinating shipments, dispatching crews, assigning drivers, handling weekly payroll and new-hire paperwork, and assisting in recruiting OTR drivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous managerial experience required.
• Prior logistics/transportation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and military move processes.

Responsibilities

• Accept and register new shipments.
• Dispatch crews for each job and maximize workload.
• Driver assignments and coordination with corporate for shipments.
• Input weekly payroll and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• Assist in recruiting OTR drivers.
• Audit fuel logs weekly.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure safety and readiness for inspections.
• Maintain logs for local equipment and trucks.
