Responsibilities

• Dispatch crews for each job and maximize workload.
• Driver assignments and coordination with corporate for pickups.
• Input weekly payroll into company system and process new hires.
• Assist in recruiting OTR drivers.
• Audit fuel logs weekly.
• Oversee warehouse operations and maintain clean, compliant site.
• Maintain logs for local equipment and trucks.
