Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of logistics and transportation industry.
• Must be able to articulate clearly and solve problems quickly.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and military move processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accept and register new shipments as necessary.
• Dispatch crews for each job and manage daily workload.
• Assign drivers and coordinate with corporate for shipment pickups.
• Input weekly payroll and process new hire paperwork.
• Assist in recruiting OTR drivers.
• Audit weekly fuel logs.
• Oversee warehouse operations and maintain cleanliness for inspections.
• Maintain logs for local equipment and trucks.
