Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all activities in the warehouse and manage incoming and outgoing shipments. The role requires ensuring timely weighing of shipments, maintaining records, and keeping equipment and systems operational.

The position emphasizes adherence to moving industry regulations, inventory management, and efficient workflow support. Experience in warehouse operations and a High School diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shipments and warehouse activities.
• Weigh shipments within 48 hours of arrival.
• Keep records of all shipments from third parties.
• Ensure forklifts, scales, security systems and fire alarms remain operational.
• Ensure sufficient material for employees to complete jobs.
• Complete monthly inventory of materials and storage units.
• Maintain orderly storage of shipments and outside containers.
• Adhere to RSMO and MTO guidelines.
• Charge and track weight tickets for office and public use.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments when necessary.
